In terms of marketing this book, I suspect that Keith would increase his sales if he gave people a glimpse at the content of the book beyond its rather clunky cover.

    Hello all.

This is a very vexing and puzzling problem. I`m not computer savvy but have a friend who is so got him to look at my computer . I still cant get to keiths website after a couple of days

we have done all sorts of stuff Aksed the neighbours to click links and they get the one I linked above (sedoparking) anywas the first person out of the village we live in did it for me and he got the website.

so could it be something with the village exchange? as we use differnt providers (Plus net, AOL, BT are the ones we have tried and failed on. although my manchester friend uses BT and he got through.

I cant order the book as I cant get to the website. (am going to manchester for lunch on sunday so can do it then when i go, but its still very very annoying.)

can anyone work out whats going on?

That would be nice, but I imagine the Market for this book is pretty niche anyway. Are you in two minds about getting a copy Alan? Maybe Keith thinks a look inside might actually put people off. I base this on no evidence at all other than the memory of some old DWFC newsletters, and of course things have moved on a bit since then.

I seem to be having the exact same problem as keshka - most weird!!

Edit - definitely seems to be some sort of DNS issue with the site. Shame, as it sounds quite interesting.

I'm in two minds about getting a copy because I have most of the newsletters anyway, as originals. What would entice me is if the book reproduces the whole set. There's no real clear suggestion of what the content actually is and how it is presented.

I can't get there either - just a succession of useless pages, or redirections to eBay. Drat!

The lovely TV Cream people have an article about it, and a few example pages to look at. Looks really intersting, and if I can ever manage to get on the proper website, I'll order it. Sadly I still can't.

It's still exactly the same for me as well. Is Keith aware that some of us who'd like to order the book can't, and is there an alternative route to ordering - or an e-mail address for Keith?

I'm an AOL user, but just tried the site via Internet Explorer - and got sent to a US page asking if I'd like to buy the ODFC domain name for $89.95!

    Hi All

Finally managed to get into the Kieth Miller site. by my computer fiend friend using the above link anf following the relevant instructions.

it takes alittle time to work it all out (i`m not compy savvy) but clear your cache and then open the website, as the DNS thingy remembers if you ahve been redirected and over rides the DNS new input codes. (or something like that

finally though ive ordered the bloody thing. I only hope it lives up to the reviews and comments (which i am sure it will)

I'm having trouble ordering myself, but will be happy to do so as soon as it's possible!

I'd be interested in Peter Capaldi's take on the events chronicled in the book - he'd have been around 14 at the time of the letter shown on TV Cream. Did he go on to involve himself in DWAS or other fan groups?

Keith Miller's was directly connected with the DW Production office, they printed the newsletters for him out of the DW budget. It was a lot more 'official' than anything before or since.
