Anyone used them? They have fairly good feedback but a scattering of negatives, mostly people who have had their orders cancelled.
I am guessing that they're a bit like Caiman used to be - that is use a shotgun approach and list just about everything, you're fine if you're ordering something in print or easy to obtain, but if not....
There are the usual posts from thickies who say "my DVD will not play in the UK the advert did not mention this" - but of course the Amazon listining page does state quite clearly Region 1 encoding (requires a North American or multi-region DVD player and NTSC compatible TV in bright red letters at the top! Or "my stuff took longer than expected to arrive" ,,well it's coming from the USA and airmail has been grounded DUH (admittedly, Supermart are unwise to mark their delivery times as 6-11 days because it can be incredibly variable with delays possible at any point. Espescially customs, shudder)
